- Bacteriophage Isolation
Molecular Techniques:
- DNA/RNA isolation
- Introduction to PCR and its types
- Molecular characterization of bacterial pathogens
- Synthesis and characterization of nanoparticles
Cell Culture Techniques:
- Cell culture and safety procedures
- Microscopic analysis of cells
- Maintenance of cell cultures
- Cytotoxicity assay
Duration and Schedule:
- Training Duration: 10 days
- Dates: 01 October – 10 October 2024
- Arrival: Outstation participants should reach ICAR-CIFT by the evening of 30th September 2024
- Departure: Participants are advised to plan their return journey after 5:00 PM on 10th October 2024
