Davidson-Davie Community College’s Zoo & Aquarium Science Program invites you to their Annual Open Aquarium Event on Friday, April 19, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Dive into an evening of fascination as you explore the college’s diverse animal collection.

This free local event promises excitement for all ages, with past attendance exceeding 1000 visitors. It’s a golden opportunity for students and animal enthusiasts alike to connect with nature.

In collaboration with the Biology Department and the North Carolina Science Festival, this year’s event offers plenty of hands-on activities for interactive learning.

Discover new additions to the DDCC Zoo & Aquarium Science Program, including mesmerising jellyfish, vibrant rainbow trout, and the intriguing blue-tongued skink. Say hello to old favourites like birds, sharks, axolotls, and turtles.
