The Andhra Pradesh Fisheries Department has issued a remarkable notification for those seeking employment opportunities. The notification, released recently, invites applications for several posts across all districts of Andhra Pradesh.

Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries.

Application Details:

  •  Applications start from April 23, 2024.
  •  Last date for applications is May 13, 2024.

  •  Exam dates will also be posted on the official website.

 Salary: Rs. 45,830 per month.

 Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 42 years old.

Age relaxation is applicable as per government regulations.

Fee Structure: For SC, ST, BC, and Exservicemen candidates, the fee is Rs. 250.

For other candidates, the fee is Rs. 370.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on a written exam and a computer test.

  • The exams will consist of three papers.
  • Paper 1 will have 150 questions with 150 marks, focusing on General Studies and Mental Ability.
  • Paper 2 will also have 150 questions with 150 marks, covering Fisheries Science.

  • Negative marking will be applicable.
