The district of Kamrup was acknowledged as the epitome of excellence, securing the title of the “Best Himalayan & North Eastern District.” This recognition applauded Kamrup’s exceptional contributions to fisheries management and development.
- “Exemplary Contribution as the Top Inland Fish Farmer – Nazrul Haque”:
Nazrul Haque emerged as a beacon of excellence, receiving the title of the “Best Performing Inland Fish Farmer.” His outstanding work in promoting and advancing inland fish farming practices within the state was recognized and celebrated.
