ICAR-CIFT Launches HACCP Training Program to Enhance Fisheries Quality Control

The Quality Assurance and Management Division of the ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (ICAR-CIFT) commenced a comprehensive training program on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) on August 5. Running until August 9, 2024, this initiative is part of the Scheduled Caste Sub Plan (SCSP), aiming to uplift and empower Scheduled Caste students by providing them with crucial skills in fisheries quality control.
