The term of engagement will be co-terminus with the project or one year, whichever is earlier, unless extended subject to availability of funds and/or performance/conduct of the incumbent, not exceeding 5 years total continuous service.

Qualification / Experience:
- Essential:
- For Junior Research Fellow: Post Graduate degree in Environmental Sciences/ Natural Science / Marine Sciences and related disciplines with NET qualification or equivalent national level examination.
- For Junior Project Fellow: Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Sciences/ Marine Sciences and related disciplines.
(NET/GATE qualification required unless suitable candidates are not available)
- Nature of Work: Assisting scientists in extensive field sampling, water and sediment quality analysis.
General Conditions:
- Candidates must possess a valid email ID and mobile number until the conclusion of the recruitment process.
- Upper age limit relaxable for SC/ST by 5 years and OBC by 3 years.
- Engagement on contract does not imply any right/claim for regular appointment in NCSCM or any Government organization.
